Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
a. Purpose of Using Cookies
The Company uses cookies, which store and retrieve user information from time to time, in order to provide personalized services to users. A cookie is a small amount of information sent by the server (HTTP) used to operate a website to the user’s computer browser, and it may also be stored on the hard disk of the user’s PC.
Cookies are used to analyze users’ visit and usage patterns for each service and website they access, popular search terms, and whether secure access is used, in order to provide optimized information to users.
b. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies
Users may refuse the storage of cookies by adjusting the settings under Tools > Internet Options > Privacy in the web browser menu.
c. Notice on the Use of Website Analytics Tools (Google Analytics)
The Company uses web log analysis tools such as Google Analytics to understand website usage status and improve user experience.
In this process, Google may automatically collect information such as visitors’ access patterns, device information, visit/use time, browser/OS, and referral paths. Such information is used as non-identifiable statistical data.
The collected information may be stored on Google’s servers overseas, including in the United States, and managed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
Users may refuse the collection of such data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on from the website below or by changing their browser cookie settings.
