I have read the Peker Yüzey Tasarımları Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) Privacy Statement on Subscription and/or Marketing Processes and, in this regard, I hereby explicity consent to the processing of my personal data limited to the identity, communication, audio-visual, request / complaint / suggestion, professional experience, marketing and distributor’s customers’ purchase transaction data categories, within the scope of (i) promotion of the Company and its products and/or services and activities to create and/or increase loyalty, (ii) activities to increase the Company’s brand awareness / recognition, (iii) activities to be developed on customer acquisition or value creation for the existing customers, (iv) marketing analysis studies (e.g., profiling, segmentation, targeting, re-targeting, data enrichment), (v) measurement and reporting activities regarding campaign / marketing performances, (vi) social media communication and interaction activities, and (vii) advertisements, campaigns, offers, publicity, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, events, promotions, commercial electronic communications and other direct and/or indirect personal/mass marketing activities and/or the creation / administration / suspension of e-bulletin subscription activities for the purposes of conducting of activities intended for relations management with and satisfaction of distributor’s customers, carrying out of company / products / services loyalty processes, conducting of communication activities, conducting / inspection of business activities, conducting of customer relations management processes, conducting of activities intended for customer satisfaction, organization and event management, conducting of marketing analysis studies, carrying out of advertisement / campaign / promotions processes, conducting of storage and archiving activities, conducting of product / service marketing processes and the transfer my aforementioned personal data with the same purposes to your service providers, including your group companies acting as a service provider, social media platforms, online meeting / communication platforms, press / broadcasting organizations, agencies, events / organization holder institutions, and third persons to which/whom such contents are communicated / made accessible, distributors, group companies, shareholders and the relevant buyer parties in the possible merger, acquisition / operation and commercial business transfer processes located / domiciled in Turkey and/or abroad.
